There are numerous drawings of animals, ships, a mermaid and deistic figures. One of the figures wears a breastplate on which the Holy Roman Empire's double eagle is shown. The various winds are depicted. Those from the southern regions are shown skeletally to emphasize the deadly airs that were believed to come from that region.
